Overview
The Creative Lab is where curiosity leads. It's a home for experiments, illustrations, photography, writing, code, and ideas that don't always fit neatly into a client brief. Some stay personal. Some become products. All of them teach me something.
The Question
Not everything I make starts with a business plan or a client brief. Sometimes it starts with a random idea at 11 p.m., a new skill I want to learn, or a question I can't stop thinking about. The Creative Lab is where I give myself permission to follow those ideas wherever they lead.
Finding the Answer
By chasing ideas without worrying whether they'll ever become anything, I keep growing as a designer, builder, writer, and problem solver. Some experiments stay experiments. Others quietly become the foundation for future projects.
What Shaped it
Some people unwind by watching TV.
I accidentally learn a new skill.
An idea pops into my head around 11 p.m., I wonder "What if?", and suddenly I'm researching typography, teaching myself React, sketching illustrations, printing tiny dragons, redesigning an interface, or outlining another novel.
The Creative Lab exists because I've stopped fighting that instinct. It's the place where curiosity gets to lead.
